Terms And Conditions Of Purchase And Treatment
Refund Policy
Once you have purchased treatments, products, and undergone in-clinic treatments, you acknowledge that you are not eligible for a full refund.
Any treatment purchased and taken home will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
As this involves skin care products, there is no guarantee against contamination, even if the packaging is unopened and sealed. The integrity of the product cannot be guaranteed once opened or used.
Purpose
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing aesthetic treatments provided by Liverpool Skin Lab (the “Clinic”) and the Client.
Treatment and Expectations
The Client agrees to undergo aesthetic treatments offered by the Clinic in accordance with the treatment plan discussed during consultation. The Clinic will provide information about expected benefits, potential risks, and possible side effects to help the Client form realistic expectations. The Client acknowledges that results vary and that there may be improvement, minimal change, or no noticeable change after treatment. The Client understands that some outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds and Additional Treatments
The Client acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Clinic will not offer refunds for treatments already performed or for unsatisfied results, whether during or after treatment.
The Clinic may offer a complimentary or discounted follow-up treatment only at the Clinic’s sole discretion and subject to availability and assessment of the specific case.
Consent and Medical Information
The Client confirms that they have provided accurate medical history, current medications, allergies, and any relevant information that could affect treatment.

The Client acknowledges that all professional and medical treatments carry potential side effects or adverse reactions. The Clinic will inform the Client of known risks during consultation and treatment planning.

The Client consents to the proposed treatment(s) and understands that they are voluntarily agreeing to proceed.
Limitations and Disclaimers
Nothing in this agreement constitutes a guarantee of outcomes. The Clinic and its owner clinician Dr Carmen Ranjith will not be liable for undesirable outcomes experienced during or after treatment, as discussed during your consultation. The Client is made aware treatment results can vary, and results are not guaranteed.

Once consented to the treatment(s) the Client shall take full responsibility for outcomes of their treatment. The Client agrees to release the Clinic and Dr Carmen Ranjith from liability to the fullest extent permitted by UK law for adverse outcomes arising from the treatment, including but not limited to side effects, complications, or lack of desired results.
Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

 

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

 

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the treatment as discussed in the treatment plan.

Payment terms: Including any deposits, instalments, or cancellation charges are non-refundable once paid and received treatment(s).
Cancellation and Scheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within the Clinic’s stated policy to avoid charges, such as less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment cancellation fee of £50 will be charged to you. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of £50 as per the Clinic’s policy.
Data Protection
The Clinic will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. See the Clinic’s privacy notice for details on how data is collected, stored, and used.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, or agreements.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Dr. Carmen Ranjith and Liverpool Skin Lab will not be held responsible for any complications or adverse reactions resulting from your decision to breach the treatment protocol or failure to follow the prescribed instructions and advisements provided at home.
Agreement of Terms and Conditions
By purchasing products, services in clinic and online you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions may change without giving notice to new and existing clients. It is the client’s responsibility to check our terms and conditions for updates.
